Previously, she was Head of Italy ETFs at Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group and has extensive experience in financial markets and listed investment products.

Roberta Rudelli began her career in 1997 at Comit Asset Management (now Eurizon) as a Junior Equity Strategist. In 2001-2002, she was part of the Equity Trading Desk at Banca Profilo, also handling Corporate Bond trading for clients. In 2003, Roberta joined the UniCredit group as an Equity Strategist for UPAM (UniCredit Private Asset Management), which was sold to Pioneer (now Amundi Asset Management) in 2005. From 2005 to 2012, she worked in the Quant Asset Allocation team, developing quantitative forecasting models for sectors and equity markets. From 2012 to 2014, she managed bond portfolios in mutual funds for the asset management of UniCredit Private Banking. After graduating from Bocconi University, Andrea Florio began a career in consulting, during which he followed an important project related to the private banking sector, joining the Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking group and holding the role of Equity Analyst supporting the group's network of private bankers. In this context, in addition to gaining in-depth knowledge of the private banking sector thanks to close collaboration with highly regarded professionals, he developed important skills and techniques for structuring portfolios dedicated to the group's private bankers (both in single stocks and in investment funds). Subsequently, he joined the ANIMA Sgr group as a Relationship Manager. During his time in the sell side, in addition to increasing his knowledge of investment products, he acquired important sales techniques aimed at making their inclusion more efficient and effective in response to the needs of his target clientele. Attention to understanding customer needs and continuous research in terms of efficiency in structuring clients' portfolios were elements developed also thanks to intense promotional activity through specific conferences and/or industry talks. Subsequently, he joined the Generali group, focusing in particular on the development of investment strategies and the selection of funds for financial and insurance products. As one of the pioneers of ESG, within the Banca Generali group, he developed a platform dedicated to sustainable investments in partnership with a major player. Since May 2022, he has joined the Zurich group to actively participate in the development of the Zurich Bank project, within which he currently focuses mainly on the development of investment solutions, the selection of funds for the various products, and the ESG theme.

In 2022, Manuela obtained the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) qualification. Vincenzo Sagone is Senior ETF Sales for Italy at Franklin Templeton. Based in Milan, he leads the development of ETF distribution in the Italian market, supporting the growth of Franklin Templeton's UCITS ETF platform and dialogue with wholesale and institutional clients. In his role, he works closely with local and regional distribution teams, contributing to the definition and execution of the ETF commercial strategy in Italy. Sagone has over twenty years of experience in international financial services, including twelve at Amundi Italy as head of ETFs, indexing and smart beta. He holds a master's degree in quantitative methods for finance and a degree in Physics from the University of Palermo.

Ornella Perseu works at Banca Patrimoni Sella & C., where she is responsible for financial advisory, analysis, and selection of UCIs. She began her career at Reale Mutua Assicurazioni, before joining Banca Patrimoni Sella & C., holding positions of increasing responsibility over time in various areas of the Bank.
