Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of We Meet, an event networking service operated by We Wealth and available as a web application and as an iPhone app. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
We Meet is intended for invited or approved users to attend events, network with other participants, view event-related content, and use related messaging and profile features. Access may be limited to authorised email addresses or invitations.
Accounts and Access
Authentication is handled through one-time codes (OTP) sent by email. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used for sign-in and for keeping any codes confidential. You must use the service in compliance with event rules, community standards, and applicable law.
User Content
You may upload profile images and provide profile or messaging content. You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content you submit. You grant We Wealth a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely as needed to operate the service for you and other participants.
We may remove content that violates these terms, event rules, or the rights of others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse messaging, attendee discovery, notifications, or other features;
- harass, abuse, or impersonate others;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, systems, or event content;
- interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
Mobile Features and Permissions
Optional iPhone features such as camera / photo library access for avatars and push notifications are available only when you choose to use them and grant the related device permissions. The iPhone app does not use or collect location data in this version.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account in the product via Set Profile → Delete Account. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data that identifies you. Limited records may be retained only where required by law or for security/audit, and are not used for networking. For assistance, contact [email protected].
Availability and Changes
Features may evolve across web and mobile. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, security, or event lifecycle reasons.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Wealth disclaims warranties regarding accuracy of user-generated content, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Networking outcomes and third-party conduct are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Wealth is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
